• $50.00 Application Fee per person
• Valid Driver’s License
• Social Security Card

(Must complete regardless if you have a pet or not)

3) Renters Insurance

• Must provide Active & In-force Renters Insurance Declaration Page with minimum of $100,000.00 General Liability Coverage.
• Lynn Realty Management LLC named as additional interested party as follows:

4) Funds Due

• First Full Months' Rent
• Security Deposit (same amount as first month’s rent)

• $25.00 Septic Fee (if required)
• $50.00 Garbage Fee (if required)
• $500.00 Pet Fee (if required)
• $50.00 Application Fee per person over 18 years of age
